Return Policy

All sales are final on DSVibe and there are no refunds unless the item that is received is either not working or not as described. If this is the case, you’ll be covered by our DSVibe Buyer Guarantee, but your request will be taken into consideration only and if the request/complaint it is open in no more than 24 hours since the order was marked as complete or product/service was delivered to you.

Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. Also by submitting a rating for the Seller, you are agreeing to accepting the item and finalizing the transaction.

To avoid a dispute with a transaction, we advise Sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage Buyers to review the listing photos, description, Seller rating and item condition before purchase. If you have any questions about the listing, please ask the Seller for additional information.

Returns are subject to the following guidelines:


  • Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns.

My Wallet Virtual Funds

  • Once you add virtual funds in your DSVibe wallet and the funds are delivered into your account, there are no returns. There is no way to withdraw the funds from your DSVibe Virtual Wallet. You can only spend “My Wallet” funds to purchase products from DSVibe Marketplace.

Escrowed Item (Bot trade)

  • Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns.
  • All items purchased are exactly as described, as the item cannot be misrepresented and is delivered in the exact same way that they are listed. Because of this, all delivered escrowed items do not fall under the DSVibe Buyer Guarantee.


  • Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns unless the Seller of your purchased item agrees to do so. If this is the case, you will need to dispute that purchase by following the steps outlined in our DSVibe Buyer Guarantee and work with the Seller to accommodate the return of the item.
  • DSVibe does not provide any return shipping labels or reimbursement costs for returned items.


Fraudulent claims

Fraudulent claims may include:

  • A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased item
  • A buyer filing a chargeback after rating and completing the purchase

Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer’s account under the return policy.


Other terms

  • The Buyer has 24 hours from the item being marked as received, order completed or rating/review left to submit a dispute under the DSVibe Guarantee and Return Policy. After 24 hours since the moment the order was marked as complete/delivered/received by customer, the buyer has no right to open any dispute/return/refund request. All requests opened later than the 24 hours timeline will be ignored.
  • Also If we do not receive any requested information within 48 hours from the Buyer, the claim can be denied and the DSVibe Guarantee forfeited in result of not providing enough evidence to validate the dispute. Not replying to any email within the noted time frame can also deem that the issue has been resolved and can result in the dispute being lifted.
